IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please note there are some delays with Royal Mail deliveries due to the increased demand on the postal service. We are not able to guarantee any next day deliveries and first class deliveries are taking up to 5 days longer to be delivered. Please bear this in mind before contacting customer service.

HEALTH SAFETY

As a result of COVID-19 as packaging is sterilised and pre-packed before sending. 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified.

  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to send request with your order number within 24hrs of ordering.  

PROCESSING
  • It can take up to 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

SHIPPING

  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.

  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

DELIVERY

  • All orders are sent using Royal Mail standard postage, unless stated otherwise. 

SHIPPING

All orders are sent by first class Royal Mail and can take between 1-2 working days to complete. Shipping to anywhere outside the UK can take up to 7 working days for delivery.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Items can take an extra 1-2 weeks for UK orders and 2-3 weeks for orders outside the UK.

 

SALE

UK based customers should allow up to 4-5 working days to receive their order.

Customers from outside the UK should allow 10 working days to receive their order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope you don't have to return your order but if you do the cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense. We would always advise you ensure to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  Please email hello@kiwiandyam.co.uk with your order number and a customer service advisor will assist you.
